We will be working both washed and honey process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Our delicious washed coffee will be complemented by a Geisha microlot and our premium Red Catua\u00ed its looking great and will deliver some top flavors as usual.!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Theres a Yellow Catua\u00ed coffee lot reserved to be worked as honey process, we keep monitoring the brix degrees of such lot to be harvested at its optimal point.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The same lot will be dried on raised beds with natural shadow, we want this lot to be at 12% of humidity content in no less than 15 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Are you a honey process fan?
