The 22/23 harvest is here.!

The most exciting season of our agronomical year is finally here.!

It's going to be a season full of work with the commitment of producing excellent coffee lots. We will be working both washed and honey process.

Our delicious washed coffee will be complemented by a Geisha microlot and our premium Red Catuaí its looking great and will deliver some top flavors as usual.!

Theres a Yellow Catuaí coffee lot reserved to be worked as honey process, we keep monitoring the brix degrees of such lot to be harvested at its optimal point.

The same lot will be dried on raised beds with natural shadow, we want this lot to be at 12% of humidity content in no less than 15 days.
