This selections come from the varieties planted, the cherry on the plant, prior to pulping, during pulping with a sieve, during washing and drying, and finally as green coffee. All these selections, added to the type of process, whether it is washed or honey and its respective drying in raised beds, results in a specialty coffee available to you in the presentation you want with scores from 84 points and up on the SCA scale.
